Refund policy
Return goods
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for return conditions, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be placed in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishables such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or products with flammable liquids or gases.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Books with clear signs of use
Open CDS, DVDS, VHS tapes, software, video games, tapes, or vinyl records
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts through no fault of our own
Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

Only regular priced items are refundable, and unfortunately, promotional items are not.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email xprebeca2@gmail.com

If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Upon receipt of the return, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver shipped the order to himself in order to present it to you later, we will send a refund to the giver, who will be aware of your return.
You will be responsible for shipping the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the products you exchange to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items over $100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
